We deliver to addresses in Malaysia.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free anywhere in Malaysia.
How long it takes
We pack and send your order within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent the next working day.
We deliver with Pos Malaysia. Delivery usually takes:
- West Malaysia: 3 to 7 days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): 7 to 14 days

Once your order is sent, we email you a tracking number.
Parcel not arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days (West Malaysia) or 14 days (East Malaysia), email us at info@baseup.com.my or call +603 8023 3308 with your order number, and we will help.
