Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Our products

Baseup products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Follow the directions on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include tax. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay Curlec. You can pay by FPX online banking, credit or debit card, e-wallet or DuitNow QR. We do not store your card details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

All text, images, logos and videos on this website belong to Tohtonku Sdn Bhd or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
